Your items are made specifically for you on-demand when you order them, so it may take a little longer to get to you than, you know, that big box jungle-sounding company. While avoiding waste, you're also supporting a very small business so that's a good practice, right?

Delivery times can vary based on availability, demand, and shipping times. The checkout page will show you an estimated delivery time and you can check your email confirmation for your tracking.

It would pain me if you're unhappy with your goodies! Please reach out to me within 14 days of receiving your order at touchbase@sarcasticstapler.com so we can sort out any issues. Returned items must be received back undamaged within 30 days to receive store credit, an exchange, or refund.

For damaged/defective items or if you receive the wrong item:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and email me at touchbase@sarcasticstapler.com within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos as that will help me greatly with my manufacturer.

When you place an order, my manufacturer will fulfill your order in your country so you don't have to pay duties or import taxes.

However, in the case your goods aren't available in your country, your order may be fulfilled elsewhere. If this happens, your goods may be subject to a duty or import tax upon delivery and your courier will ask you to pay these fees upon delivery. Please refer to your courier's tracking for more information.
